The Port Authority of San Antonio, (the “Authority”), plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking responses from qualified firms/teams to complete a renovations to existing pavement and new pavement in accordance with associated plans and specifications at Port San Antonio.

A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM CST, Tuesday May 18, 2021 in the Authority’s Marketing Conference Room located at 907 Billy Mitchell Blvd., (Main Entrance), San Antonio, Texas 78226.
A Site Visit is scheduled to immediately follow the Pre-Proposal Conference. Although attendance of the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended.
Participants must practice social distancing and wear masks while on Port San Antonio property at all times. All employees of contractors and sub-contractors working on the interior and/or exterior of this building must be a U.S. Citizen with proper identification.
Responses are due prior to 4:00 PM CST, May 31, 2021.
